Big Data + Smart Footwear Manufacturing Dual Wheel Drive Huizhou Industrial

The role of big data in the industry has emerged in Huizhou as a new impetus for continuous upgrading. At the same time, “green production”, which is characterized by high technological content, low resource consumption, and low environmental pollution, is becoming a new direction for the transformation and upgrading of production methods in the development of Huizhou.
v
At the end of November, the 11th Party Congress in Huizhou proposed that in the next five years, Huizhou will focus on the development of a “green and modern landscape city” and focus on building a high-tech, regional hub, ecological city, and cultural city. The state of Huimin has taken the lead in fully building a well-to-do society and entering the second tier of the Pearl River Delta with better quality and higher levels.
Chen Weiwei, secretary of the Huizhou Municipal Party Committee and director of the Standing Committee of the Municipal People's Congress, stated in the report of the Party Congress: “Huizhou will focus on creating a national innovative city, always taking innovation as the core strategy and the overall leader, and promoting comprehensive innovation with the core of scientific and technological innovation. Promote high-end, high-aggregation and high-speed aggregation of innovative elements."
Huizhou is leveraging on the "cloud" end, aiming at "intellectually making high ground" and embarking on the road of "green" production mode.
Staged "Workshop Revolution"
In the 10,000 square meters production workshop at Desaixiwei, the AGV automatic feeding vehicle is carrying materials on the track automatically. Materials on the production floor are managed using two-dimensional codes. A total of nine processes of surface component placement lines require only two people to operate: one person assists in the discharge of the final stage and one inspects the finished product.
"Feeding", supervision and inspection have become the main tasks of workers in many enterprises in Huizhou, and robots have become the "protagonist" of many production processes. In Yili Dairy Co., Ltd. of Dongjiang Hi-tech Industrial Park in Chung Hi-tech Industrial Park, a robot with a palletizing robot can top 60 skilled workers; in the TCL Group, an assembly line requiring 30 people is fully automated. Human-computer interaction) test equipment is replaced, and now only 4 people are required for each assembly line.
The realization of production automation depends on the tremendous progress of informatization, relying on the application of “big data” at the production end. In the Desai Westway factory, each component has data records after entering the production line. Once a quality problem occurs, it can be precisely what second the problem has occurred.
As the only company in Huizhou that is both the first batch of pilot projects for the integration of the two standards and the first one to pass the assessment, Huayang GM has been engaged in innovative R&D and information construction in recent years. The automated workshop has been successfully put into operation and has successfully developed and used nearly 100 robots. Smart manufacturing achieved initial results. Xu Huiqiang, deputy general manager of Huayang GM, said that due to global competition, diversified customer needs and rapid product replacement, the company's technological gold content and "intellectual building" capabilities put forward higher requirements.
Not long ago, Huizhou promulgated the “Internet + Action” Implementation Plan for Huizhou City (2016-2020), which ranked “Internet+Advanced Manufacturing” as the first of 14 key actions and “Intelligent Manufacturing, Green Manufacturing” as two The main direction of in-depth integration, promote the transformation of Huizhou manufacturing to intelligent, network, and data.
The industry believes that with the favorable stimulus of the policy, Huizhou is expected to promote the use of robots on a larger scale in the future, and the construction of intelligent factories will become an upsurge.
Shoe company "green" upgrade
At the "China Huidong Eighth Shoes Culture Festival" held on the 12th, a booth for 3D printing equipment that produced environmentally-friendly shoe molds attracted the attention of many shoe owners.
Traditional shoe molds use "generation wood" as raw materials, and they are more polluted in the production process. The photosensitive resin used in 3D printing shoe molds is less polluting and the finished products are more delicate. In addition, although 3D printers cost 200,000 to 400,000 yuan more than traditional shoe mold manufacturing equipment, the cost of the materials used to make shoe molds is lower, which will ultimately reduce production costs in the long run. In June this year, a Huidong shoe company had already bought this equipment, and the 3D printer finally entered the production line of Huidong Shoes.
In 2015, Huidong County, Huizhou City produced 950 million pairs of shoes, accounting for 6.8% of the country's total, 4.1% of the world, exported to Europe, the Americas, Africa and other places. However, according to the annual production value of 32 billion yuan, each pair of shoes only sells for about 30 yuan, still at the low end of the global footwear industry chain.
Today, this situation is changing. In the past, the incredible 3D printing technology came, and the necessary glue has “disappeared” from the flow of some shoe companies.
Two similar styles of women's shoes, the biggest difference in the soles of the junction, one is "thin seam", one is "one without leaving marks." Behind different styles are different levels of technology. The process of transformation is the epitome of Huidong footwear industry exploring "green" development through technological innovation.
In the traditional footwear, glue is an important raw material, "absolutely no glue combination soles" has become the Huidong County Jilong Town, Guangdong Province, the latest footwear products. The person in charge of the company stated that the use of glue is not environmentally friendly and the cost is high. It also increases the production link. He adopts the method of updating the equipment, upgrades the production process from the production equipment, and realizes the integrated production of the shoe upper and sole, which is not only more environmentally friendly but also reduces the Labor costs, originally a production line requiring 70 people, only 16 people need to upgrade the equipment. At present, the company is working with German professional equipment R&D institutions to introduce Germany's advanced shoe forming equipment for the second round of upgrading.
In order to promote the upgrading of manufacturing industry, Huizhou City has successively issued supportive policies such as “Implementation Opinions on Promoting Industrial Technological Transformation in Industrial Enterprises” and “Huizhou City Industrial Transformation and Upgrading and Tackling Three Years Action Plan (2015-2017)” to support policies and funds. Indicators, planning and reporting, project environmental assessment, etc., help enterprises to promote technological transformation.
Huizhou also established a technical reform investment monitoring system and project library, implemented list management for the enterprises that carried out technical reforms in all counties and districts, supported 465 technological transformation projects for enterprises in the past three years, and sought financial support at all levels for special funds of 4.12 billion yuan. The company invested 7.6 billion yuan to realize new sales revenue of approximately 48.962 billion yuan, profit of approximately 4.067 billion yuan, and tax creation of approximately 1.633 billion yuan.
Developing "cloud" end industry Blue Ocean
At the Cloud Expo in early November, it was announced that the province’s first big data industry development fund will be settled in Huizhou. In addition, at the Guangdong Provincial Innovation Drive Development Conference held in February this year, Huizhou was proposed to build a world-class cloud computing smart terminal industry cluster. Huizhou's big data and cloud computing industry are ushering in an unprecedented development opportunity.
Yu Zhiliang, chairman of Guangye Asset Management Co., Ltd., who participated in the Cloud Expo for the first time, stated that Huizhou is an early city for the development of electronic information industry. Currently, Huizhou is not only an important pillar industry in Huizhou, but also makes Huizhou an important base for electronic information in the province. “Industry should be more united with finance, be a platform, and make more investment in collaboration. There should be new mechanisms for capital investment. It is very difficult for a single company to achieve this. It must be achieved through the platform of funds. Technology and benefits are shared."
At the Cloud Expo, Guangdong Data Corporation also signed a strategic cooperation agreement with the Huizhou Municipal Government for the Big Data Industry. It will use Huizhou as a pilot to build a government affairs data platform, and conduct research and development of government data disclosure and application products, and will build Huizhou. Become a state-level big data application demonstration base.
"Huizhou Big Data's 'groundwater' has already been formed. We need to integrate big data 'groundwater' into 'tap water' through big data platforms and provide them to application vendors in various fields to support them in doing Coke, Sprite, and mineral water." Wang Yachuan, head of the subsidiary Big Data Corp., said that in the next five years, a big data industry park based on big data application industry, manufacturing, and infrastructure will be built in Huizhou. It is expected that the first half of next year will be completed and the platform will be implemented in the second half of next year. The data is open to the public, and an innovation and entrepreneurship contest for big data modeling will also be held to attract more talent and capital.
As companies continue to gather, more sophisticated policy platforms are being built.
According to the "Huizhou City Promotional Big Data Development Implementation Plan (2016-2020)" passed recently, by 2020, Huizhou will implement the application of big data in various areas of the national economy and society, and introduce and cultivate more than 3 big data leading companies or The backbone enterprises and 20 big data applications and service companies are striving to build a big data industry base and a big data innovation incubator base; all types of urban public service platforms are integrated and connected, people's livelihood service information is shared, and the e-government network interconnection and interoperability rate reaches 100 %, the sharing rate of government information resources reached 90%.
Today's Huizhou is taking the opportunity of launching the Zhuhai Delta National Big Data Comprehensive Experimental Zone to speed up the construction of the Pearl River Delta's big data technology and product manufacturing belt on the east coast of the Pearl River Delta, and strives to become the leading big data application pilot area and industrial cluster in the province.
